About

Stop guessing your CGPA.

KnowYour CGPA is a calculator and academic tracker for university and polytechnic students. It shows exactly where you stand, what you need to reach the class you want, and what your CGPA can open up.

Why we built it

Most students only find out their real CGPA when results are published, and by then it is too late to change course. Working it out by hand is slow and easy to get wrong: units, carry-overs and different grading scales all trip people up.

KnowYour CGPA started as a tool for Computer Science students at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), with every course and unit already loaded. It now includes a general calculator that works for any Nigerian university or polytechnic on a 5.00 or 4.00 scale, or a custom scale.

What you can do

  • Calculate your GPA and CGPA in seconds, semester by semester.
  • Track your progress across every level, on any device.
  • See your degree class and the GPA you need for a First Class or 2:1.
  • Get an AI academic advisor (Premium) that finds scholarships, internships and fellowships your CGPA qualifies for, and gives you a simple plan to raise or keep it.
  • Use it offline and install it on your phone like an app.

Accurate first

Every GPA and CGPA is worked out by tested code from your real grades and course units, using your school's grading scale. Nothing is estimated.

Built for Nigerian students

5.00 and 4.00 scales, carry-overs, electives and degree classes the way Nigerian universities and polytechnics use them.

Private by default

We never sell your data. Your results are yours.

Simple

Pick your level, tap your grades, see your CGPA. No spreadsheets, no guesswork.

Who we are

KnowYour CGPA is built and run in Nigeria by Blessing Emejulu, a Computer Science student who wanted a better way to track results. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or run by COOU or any other university. Your official results are always the ones your school publishes.
